Bulwarra Bed & Breakfast

Bulwarra B&B is perfect as a home away from home. Bulwarra is perfect for your family to get a taste of Rural Australia with animals galore to keep the kids occupied whilst the adulst relax on the verandah. Couples can enjoy their wedding night, anniversary, any special occasion or just in need of a getaway in the romantic Heritage Studio. It is equally well set up for families (including cots, change tables, high-chairs, baby monitors etc) tastefully furnished for all your comforts with excellent facilities amidst a delightful rural setting.

The 3 studios are king-size rooms, containing a large ensuite (and description below) and an internal door between if you wish. The studios enter onto a 20 metre verandah facing north and Dubbo:

1. Heritage Studio (red wall in photos on website) has a king bed with pull out double sofa bed (children), sleeps 4 comfortably.
2. Aqua Studio (aqua wall in photos on website) has king bed, single bed with trundle and a pull out double sofa bed (children), sleeps 6 comfortably.
3. Earth Studio (beige/brown) wall in photos on website) has a king bed, sleeps 2 comfortably & a huge lounge which extra people can camp on.

There are stairs off the verandah to come to the garden, games room, alfresco area, main house with communal kitchen and formal lounge/dinning room. The paddocks are rocky and uneven with many native grasses growing.

Discounted zoo price for your entire stay for all. When taking all 3 studios or a studio and staying 3 days or more: FREE.

There is provision for you to prepare and cook meals in the kitchen/BBQs.

There are the wonderful surrounds, games room and animals for you enjoy and relax.

Meals, barbeque packs or gourmet platters can also be arranged for you to enjoy in the comfort of your suite, in our rustic setting or gardens, wonderful dining room or take on the go while you explore Dubbo and surrounding area.
