Brisbane Photobiomodulation Therapy

With a keen interest in holistic health, Dr. Geoffrey Catton picked up a copy of Norman Doidge's book, 'The brain's way of healing' en route to Canada for a family holiday. The chapter on Low level laser therapy perked his interest so much he changed his travel plans and went to Toronto, to the Bioflex Laser Clinic to see for himself. A light-bulb moment saw Dr. Catton bring the therapy back to his practice and establish a clinic dedicated to it's applications.

The application of low level laser therapy or Photobiomodulation (PBM) offers patients a non-invasive, safe and effective treatment option for musculoskeletal injuries and wound healing. It is administered by specially trained laser therapists with a background in musculoskeletal therapy and/or nursing.
