Bravo Performance owner Brad Munro believes in contributing to a future where it is the social norm that people have a healthy lifestyle and care about their bodies as they're acutely aware that it's the only one they have so will eat well and stay active for their entire life. It's not something that people have to think about too much, it just is.

Brad has a knack for relating to people, getting inside their head and finding out what makes them tick.
