Brandon Park Shopping Centre is a sub regional shopping centre located in Wheelers Hill, Victoria, Australia approximately 20km from Melbourne's central business district The shopping centre is worth A$123.1 million as of December 2007. The shopping centre has a Gross Lettable Area of 22,651m2, 1,400 parking spaces and approximately 110 specialty retailers.Brandon Park is believed to have opened in 1970, and was originally owned by a Victorian Electricity superannuation fund. In 1997, it was acquired by MCS Property for A$65 million. The performance strength of the Coles supermarket at the centre was noted as being one of the strongest in the state.
