Dr Josephine Braid is a rehabilitation physician with expertise in functional medicine. She has over 15 years experience in improving health.

Functional medicine uses an individualized, patient-centered, science-based approach that empowers patients and practitioners to work together to address the underlying causes of disease and promote optimal wellness.

Dr Braid is passionate about patient education, health promotion and disease prevention.

She treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions including arthritis, osteoporosis, falls, stroke, brain injury, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, multiple sclerosis and parkinson's disease. Other conditions including gut health, fatigue and pain management.
