As a Registered Bowen Technique Therapy Practitioner as well as a Reiki Master and EFT Practitioner, I firmly believe in the human body's innate ability to heal. Bowen, Reiki & EFT assist this ability.

Bowen Therapy:

The Bowen Theraputic Technique (also known as Bowtech - the Original Bowen Technique and Bowenwork) is a dynamic system of muscle and connective tissue therapy that was developed by the late Tom Bowen in Geelong, Australia. Sometimes called the homeopathy of bodywork, it utilizes subtle inputs to the body (known as moves), stimulating the body to heal itself, often profoundly.
It is suggested that those who have not experienced a Bowen treatment before to have at least 2 sessions ideally a week apart. If you have had Bowen before but not for some time it is also recommended for 2 sessions a week apart.


Reiki:

A non-invasive, gentle, yet powerful method of healing. Reiki energy, (often described as `universal life energy') is accessed by the practitioner during a treatment. It enhances the body’s natural healing ability and promotes wellbeing.
Reiki stands on its own as a healing practice and is also safely used to support orthodox and complementary medicine. Reiki doesn’t interfere with or diminish the intended effects of other health or medical practices.


Emotional Freedom Techinique (EFT) aka Tapping:

Based on the ancient principles of acupuncture, and more recent advances through the study and application of kinesiology, EFT is a simple tapping procedure that gently realigns the body’s energy system, without the discomfort of needles or painful prodding. Unlike other energy healing methods, EFT incorporates an emotional element in the healing process, addressing unresolved emotional issues as a likely contributing cause of physical disease, psychological and emotional dysfunction, and personal performance limits.
