Boundless Yoga

Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many techniques including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation, concentration and self-inquiry.

Boundless Yoga offers small personal group classes to help you deepen your individual practice. Boundless Yoga connects you to others in the local area in a positive, safe, supportive and non-competitive environment.

Instructors are accredited in Australia and/or Internationally.

Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga connecting the breath with the movement to create a moving meditation. We hold both Gentle classes and the more challenging Power class.

Please feel free to come along to any class ... no bookings necessary. Wear something comfortable but not too baggy, bring a yoga mat, towel and drink. No shoes.
