How much is shipping?

Within Australia we offer a flat rate of $12 for regular post.

If you would like your items sent express, that is a flat rate of $20.

Orders over $100 will receive FREE postage within Australia.

We also offer same day delivery within the Sutherland Shire district for $15, orders must be received by 2pm AEST.

We are not a shop front, however we do offer pick up from Miranda by appointment only. You must email us once you've placed your order with the pick up option at the check out to arrange a pick up time.

*Please note, pick up may not always be available on the same day that the order was placed.

When will I receive my posted order?

In stock items will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment being received. Postage is via Australia Post Regular Post Service or Express Post service.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number.

We will use the address provided through PayPal so please ensure your address with PayPal is up to date.

We do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Items are not insured and do not require a signature.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders and expected release dates are stated in product descriptions. This date reflects an approximate date as to when we expect the products in our office, ready to be posted. Most items arrive and are sent before this date but on occasions there are delays which can alter the release date by 1-2 weeks. In these circumstances we will notify you asap of potential delay. We always endeavour to get your order to you as soon as we possibly can!

Refunds are not granted for pre-ordered items due to delivery delays


Faulty goods

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the items for fault although we do our best to check the products before sending. The detection of an items fault must be reported within 2 days of receiving your goods.
