Boulder Lodge

Boulder Lodge was a dream of two families who bought the shell of a building in the bush two years ago. One wall is an enormous granite boulder, the other three are stone and concrete. Local timbers have been used to finish the structure. It has three floors, the bottom being a lounge cum living and dining area, the middle consists of two bedrooms with ensuites, and the top level, or lofts, have bunk accommodation for children. In the bottom level, there is an extra Queen sized sofa bed for extra guests.
Leading off the top level there is a deck on top of the granite boulder, fully covered and surrounded by glass.
From Boulder Lodge there are many timber trails which can be used for walking.
It is close to Boonoo Boonoo, Bald Rock and Basket Swamp National Parks.
There are many bird species in the bush surrounding the lodge and much plant life of interest to naturalists. Not to mention the amazing granite boulders.
In the lodge itself there is a beautiful wood burning fire, gas hot water and solar power.
Not to mention two televisions, a DVD player, a dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside there is a large BBQ and on the deck a bar fridge. Something for everyone.
