Personal Training has now become available! I'm offering cheap Personal Training session to eliminate any excuses from you achieving your goals. Always take steps forward, and never backwards. I offer a variety of training options - train one on one with myself, train with a friend, your whole family, a group of friends - whoever you like :) Helpful nutritional advice and a 'at home exercise program will be given.
You don't need to go to the gym, pay those expensive memberships to help you lose weight, tone up or build up your cardio fitness, when you can have a Personal Trainer at an affordable rate down in your local park or beach and by your side every step of the way.
