In 2016 I decided that I wanted to become a massage therapist. I wanted my career to include an element that helped people feel better and didn’t involve sitting at a desk every day. And so the journey began... 12months down the track I have a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy. I chose massage therapy because over many years I have benefited so much from the benefits of massage for injury rehabilitation, pain relief, stress relief, relaxation and improved sports performance.
I don’t follow a massage formula; I do my best to understand what your body needs to be able to feel better. I incorporate reflexology into most of my massages. The connection through your feet is so powerful, and I continue to be amazed by the benefits clients experience from the incorporation of reflexology into a massage.
