I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer registered with Fitness Australia. I have my client's best interests at heart and am passionate about improving lives with increased health and fitness. I love seeing people create changes and enjoy being a part of these improvements.
Training with me is all about functional training - activities that not only make you work hard, but are also transferable to daily tasks. I also aim to make sessions fun and find out what makes you tick. Programs are individually tailored for each person.
