Bones Knob Cash Butchery is a family owned and operated business that has been supporting local farmers and producing quality meats for over 20 years. Beef is sourced from local producers wherever possible and sold locally keeping the money in our community.

Neville and Lee pride themselves on their quality products & customer service. Neville has over twenty years experience in the meat industry and has a paddock-to-plate approach to quality, personally inspecting beasts (non-private) prior to purchase.
REAL FOOD, REAL FLAVOUR
Bones Knob Cash Butchery smoke their hams & bacon on site in a purpose built smokehouse. This old-style smoking produces a unique flavour that has proven popular with our customers. Gluten free sausages are available.
PRIVATE KILLS
Let Neville do the hard work for you. Bones Knob Cash Butchery specialises in processing private pigs and cattle. The meat is cut to your specifications, then labelled and packaged in serving sizes to suit your family’s needs.
