Bonamanzi is a bespoke beach house located at Sunderland Bay on the south side of majestic Philip Island. Literally translated from Zulu, Bonamanzi means: "Look, Water!" which captures visitors’ reactions when they reach the top of the stairs and take in the expansive Bass Straight directly in front of them. Designed and built by Melbourne architect Tim Spicer, the floor plan over two levels comprises two bedrooms, a stunning bathroom with toilet and shower, a living area and a deck (upstairs and down).
