Our trainers are all fully qualified and are happy to give alternative exercises at any time if you feel uncomfortable or to accommodate any injuries. The trainers follow our structured routines, but they all have their own style of delivery to keep you from getting stale. The group sizes are limited to 10 people, so you can receive maximum attention from your trainer.
