I am a mobile personal training service based in Ryde but happy to travel further if need be for a small additional fee. I also train clients at Fitness First Carlingford! Come and speak to me, take my classes, chat to me at any time if you're a member!

A qualified boxing instructor with 5 years experience in MMA and 2015 ANB bikini competitor. With a background in netball, indoor rock climbing, martial arts and bodybuilding style training, I can cater to your goals and help you achieve your dream body and lifestyle!
