Welcome to Body of Light Wellness. I am a Holistic Therapist and fellow traveller who is passionate about supporting the evolution of human consciousness, of supporting the exploration of who I am, who you are and who we are.

Using holistic counselling techniques, I facilitate the inward journey of self-discovery through the chakra system and invite you to transcend beyond your perceived limitations to live a life to your fullest potential.

I also use holistic modalities that balance the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy bodies, accelerating the innate ability for the body to heal itself.

Together, these therapies integrate the transformation of consciousness into the physical body, aligning you to your true divine nature.

My purpose is to consciously create support and connection for myself and the wider community to awaken insights, awareness and transformation. To support your relationships with others, your relationship with life and ulitmately your relationship with self. My strive is to hold a space of the highest expression of who you really are.

I am an advocate for Unity Consciousness and for anchoring the energy of the Divine Feminine. I am also a member of the International Institute of Complimentary Therapies.

My certifications include Holistic Counselling, Crystal Healing, Reiki, Colour Therapy and Kinergetics. My interests include Chinese Medicine, Yogic Principles, Meditation, Family Constellation work and Astrology.
