BodyShape will satisfy the needs of beginners to advanced users 2-3 times per week for 3-6 weeks depending on your package choice.

Measure your calorie expenditure, time, distance, speed and pulse rate throughout your workout. Challenge yourself and improve your progress slowly by increasing the treadmill's VACUUM, SPEED OR INCLINE throughout your program safely.
