I spent my 20’s studying health and nutrition, but then found my life turned to other things, like raising my daughter. It took being diagnosed with breast cancer when I was 36 to completely shake up my world and remind me about what matters most. I have embraced my second chance at life and changed my outlook accordingly – mostly the way I think and how and what I eat.
I’m now a qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor with a passion for people, food, health and movement. I feel amazing and want to share all I have learned to help others feel the best they can.
