More about Body & Soul Yoga

I have been studying Yoga for 12 years, recently qualifying as a Vinyasa Flow Yoga Instructor. I would love to share the benefits of Yoga with as many people as I can. You do not have to be extremely flexible to do Yoga. It's for all ages and abilities.

We will be opening in February 2015, holding classes in the Jerrabomberra Community Centre, starting on Wednesday nights. I will also be running corporate and private classes. Please message me for details.
