Referrals come from business contacts “chapter members” make during the course of doing business. When a chapter member learns about a need from someone and we have a member in our chapter who can supply the product or service that our contact is seeking to acquire, we pick that up as a business opportunity. BNI referrals are very different from the normal referral or lead as you are dealing with someone who has already expressed a need to buy that product or service!
