Although the company services all of Victoria it also supports new home owners and owner builders in NSW and Tasmania.

Blusteel Homes design energy efficient steel framed homes to suit our client’s needs adding that finishing touch to individualise your dream home. We also specialise in sloping sites using our box span flooring system which allows homes to be elevated to utilise the site and add further storage capacity.

Box span flooring requires up to 20% less stumps/stump pads allowing much larger spans to be achieved without compromising the integrity of the floor.

Blusteel Homes have the personnel to enable owner builders to manage their own steel framed kit home build program, and have project managers who can complete anything up to the full construction.
