Renee Labiche and Marilyn Keizer are the owners and partners running the business.

Renee was born in the Seychelles Islands, came to Sydney, Australia 20 years ago, worked as a motor mechanic for 50 years, speaks Creole and Swahili as well as fluent English. He also lived and worked in Kenya and Tanzania. He loves cooking and music, especially country music and playing the Hawaiian steel guitar. His other interests include carpentry. He is not a man to rush, is very relaxed.

Marilyn came to Australia originally from Canada on a working holiday in 1968. She came back from Papua New Guinea to live in Tasmania in 1975 to co-own and operate a dairy farm at Milabena on the North West Coast of Tasmania. Marilyn loves gardening and making stained glass windows and mobiles. She originally trained as a Registered Nurse and Midwife and has worked in various hospitals.

We are environmentally aware

This includes tree planting, growing vegetables and fruit trees without pesticides and chemical fertilizers, solar panels for electricity, low wattage light bulbs, mulching garden clippings, worm farm, recycling where possible.
