Built circa 1903, “Blue Hills Cottage” is a fully furnished restored timber cottage located on acreage at the foot of the scenic Coorabakh National Park in the Beautiful Upper Lansdowne Valley. Surrounded by nature’s garden, Blue Hills Cottage is home to many protected species of native bird and animals. An inspiring location for artists, photographers, bird watching, bush walkers, recreational horse riders and those simply seeking a reprieve from the fast pace of city life and modern technology.

Location:
Situated 27kms or 25 minutes north of Taree Airport and 45 minutes south of Port Macquarie.
The property is 5 minutes from the Upper Lansdowne village off a 3km unsealed road.

“Blue Hills Cottage” is beautifully period furnished.
The kitchen does not have a conventional oven but is well equipped with the following:
Tea, coffee, milk, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, gas fueled oven barbeque and hot plate, large electric frying pan, electric jaffle maker, slow cooker/crock pot meat cooker, crockery, glassware and cutlery to serve six, kitchen and cooking utensils.

Bedrooms
“Blue Hills Cottage” comfortably sleeps four adults. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a queen size bed, bedroom 2 is equipped with a Queen Anne double bed.

A summer sleep-out located on the internal verandah is furnished with two single beds, ideal for children.

Linen, blankets, towels and pillows are provided.

Rates and reservation policy:

Weekend rate: $320 two nights stay.
Sunday to Thursday: $130.00 per night.
A minimum 10% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 3 days prior to the booking date.
Prefered payment method: direct debit.
