Our general vinyasa classes suitable for every level of practice, a restorative/yin class provide balance and an ongoing beginner's yoga series which provides a good introduction to the foundations of yoga.

We also specialise in pregnancy yoga which is suitable for absolute beginners; these classes focus on creating a connection with your breath, your body and your baby. We offer Mum & Baby classes for the first year following birth; these classes allow you to bond and play with baby while practicing yoga in a safe + supported space.
