Blessed Yoga

Blessed yoga studio started with my passion for yoga and the desire to share this love.

I started yoga in 2004 and was completely absorbed by my new found energy levels and thirst for knowledge.

Yoga no doubt enhances life; there is a strong physical development that a practitioner notices from day 1. The physical effects start with flexibility, strength, and stamina. These aspects deepen each class the better the practice the greater the benefits.

From here with a grounded understanding of the asana/poses or yoga postures the student starts to delve deep within this is where meditation, relaxation and personal growth start to come into ones yoga practice.

The physical and mental health benefits are a blessing to our soul.

The use of prana – breath and the learning of ancient teachings of yoga asana/poses create a complete physical fitness system. This is my intension to my students.
