CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Challenge
High demand for this 6 week challenge designed to help you exceed your fitness or weight loss/ gain goals. You'll be part of small group max 10 to help encourage each other along. Includes 2 -3 group workouts per week, booklet with 90+ meal ideas, weekly mentoring, fitness testing, high tech measuring covering weight loss, body fat % loss, bone density, metabolic age, visceral & physique ratings. At end enjoy a well deserved night out & awards for those that have achieved best against own individual results. Previous individual participants have lost over 6kgs, 39cms off their body, become incredibly fitter, stronger & felt amazing!
Bootcamp
Get out and enjoy meeting others and shed some of those unwanted calories. A fun exercise session to get the blood pumping and muscles burning. Great foundation to building your own fitness regime. Just $10 casual session.
Bliss Pilates
Tone, stretch and strengthen your body into shape and feel great. Abs, buts and thighs are core focus to help you burn off unwanted fat. A number of levels are shown to ensure you can challenge yourself and increase your ability. Mums are welcome to bring babies along. Just $10 casual session.
Personal & Small Group Training
$50 for an hour. Equipment supplied work towards your fitness goals & set plans, broken down into workouts gradually increasing with as your ability & fitness improves to maximise your results.
