I believe that you should be able to fit exercise into your daily life and it shouldn't be a chore. I don't believe you have to be a size 10 with a washboard stomach to be fit and healthy. Everything in moderation - life is too short to go without the food and drinks that you enjoy. I won't yell at you but I'll push you to be your very best!
