A little more about me.... Im a sole parent of 2.... And have been for 6years

I took the leap into cake decorating approximately 4yrs ago now. I have completed several cake decorating courses to improve my skills & techniques, and continue to try to improve my skills & techniques with alot of amazing online courses from well known professional decorators such as Shawna McGreevy, Elisa Strouse & many more.

My cakes started off as just doing something alittle more for the kids birthdays & then slowly developed from there.

What started as a little "hobby" is now turning into a little entity of its own.. To be honest it is scarily ADDICTIVE!!!!!.

I hope now ive moved to the area to be able to provide a great service to the local community, for individual families as well as community groups etc & school.

Hopefully in time I will be able to branch out to market stalls that we are lucky to have often in the area.

Im always looking for new things to bake, new techniques in an ever evolving arena.

And I hope that I can produce products that keep my customers happy, and more so happy to come back again & again
