Billy Goat Hill Brasserie offers breakfast (until 3pm), and lunch Tuesday through to Sunday. Dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Billy Goat Hill provides an intimate venue for private functions of up to 40 people. We focus on finding the best, local ingredients and suppliers, and using what is on offer to create a wholesome, modern take on traditional dishes.
BGH opened in 2010, providing the popular notion of paddock to plate dining for the then-sleepy town of Mount Evelyn. We continue to strive to provide traditional dishes with a modern, fresh approach, from old fashioned pork croquettes and cucumber quinoa salds, to wholesome cakes and our signature tarts (and even to the chef-made milkshake flavourings, without the added sugar and preservatives).
We focus on sustainable sourcing of produce and select ethical and environmentally aware suppliers and aim to combine a range of our most loved recipes with family secrets and daring ingredients.
