Bikram Yoga is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two breathing exercises designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience.
Conducted in a heated room, Bikram Yoga detoxifies the body through perspiration, and tones the muscles. In 90 minutes you work everything from, “bones to your skin and fingertips to you toes”. Whatever your age, injury, or prior yoga experience (if any at all), this yoga will benefit your body and mind in ways you never imagined possible!
