Big Little Yoga

Hi, I'm Rachel Blair - founder of Big Little Yoga.

We’re all on our own yoga journey – I would love to be a part of yours. I truly believe in the power of yoga and its ability to enrich and heal your body, soul and mind. It’s a life-changing discipline will powerful benefits and visible results. I’ve practiced many types of yoga and am now living my dream teaching it to others. I’m a gentle, encouraging instructor, excited to share my knowledge and experiences. My classes are made for all experience levels, and all ages.

For me, the journey of yoga is ever evolving, just like the journey of life. Sometimes we need to renew and restore, but also learn and grow. I will soon be trained in the Yin Yoga tradition and am constantly furthering my knowledge in Mums and Bubs Yoga.
