The Big Blue Barn is perfectly suited for friends and families who fancy an incredibly relaxed holiday with plenty of space to unwind.

Offering open plan warehouse style living, this enormous space features 4 bedrooms to sleep 5 comfortably (two loft style, one private double room, and one room with 3 bunks) fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, laundry, potbelly fireplace, pool table, table tennis table and two shaded outdoor spaces and retro above ground pool.

Perfectly situated in the heart of the Byron Shire, we are an easy 5 minute drive to the beach, Mullumbimby or Brunswick Heads and 15 minutes to the centre of Byron Bay. 35 minutes from Ballina airport, 40 minutes from Gold Coast airport—with shuttle buses direct from either airport to the nearby Uncle Tom’s Pie shop

Please note that the Barn is absolutely "Get together' friendly - but not large party friendly. A strict policy of no loud speakers, DJ's - and a noise curfew of 11pm in respect for our neighbours.

Bdrm 4: Bunk Room - 3 bunk beds (sleeps 6)

Main Bathroom: Shower over bath plus basin
Powder Room: Toilet and basin

Kitchen: Gas cooker, fan forced oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, blender, pressure cooker, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for 20 people.

Laundry: sink/tub, Hills Hoist clothesline.

Living Room: Big ole comfy couch and coffee table around the pot-belly stove, bar stools set around a beautiful natural wood kitchen island, enormous living space to do whatever you please—including pool table, ping-pong, mini stereo (with ipod /aux cord)

Outdoor Living:
- Terracotta paved entrance deck with sun loungers and double hammock.
- Paved side courtyard with outdoor setting and BBQ.
- Fab Octagon Bamboo Tiki Bar
- Enormous fields with plenty of shady trees surrounding the Barn, including a horse round yard.

Pets: Are welcome - $25 per pet per night
("Bello" our Maremma dog does live and roam on the property - so if you animals are not good with other animals it may be a challenge)
