He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics and Ecology and a Master’s Degree in Information Science and Library Science. Michael has over 20 years’ experience in researching and working with data and information. He knows and understands both data and information. He knows how it is made, kept and stored. He knows how to ask the right questions to get the best results.
