Bet's B&B Studio

Bet's B&B is a clean, spacious, fully self-contained studio in Annandale, just 3.5 km from Sydney’s CBD.

Guests have their own private entrance. The B&B – a two-storey building – is separate from the house, so you can come and go as you please.

All the facilities – the lounge and dining areas, writing desk, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, washing machine and clothes dryer – are for your exclusive use. There’s also a hair dryer, bathrobes, an iron and ironing board for your private use as well.

There is a Queen-size bed and free WiFi. Breakfast provisions are provided daily. There’s a fully equipped kitchenette too, so you can cook what you want, when you want.

Bet’s B&B is the perfect base to explore Sydney. It’s close to the city by public transport – bus and lightrail – and conveniently located, just minutes from Annandale’s shopping strip, including more than 20 cafés and restaurants and three supermarkets.

On Annandale’s foreshore, at Rozelle Bay, are 17 hectares of parkland criss-crossed by walking, jogging or cycling paths that lead to Sydney’s popular Fish Markets or further on to Darling Harbour and into the city.

It’s a 20-minute bus ride to the city’s main tourist attractions, including the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, and the light rail takes you to China Town, the Fish Market and Darling Harbour.
