DEPOSITS:
Sessions such as Cake Smashes, Events and Weddings require a deposit.
These deposits are strictly non-refundable as stated in our invoices, official Facebook page and this website policy.
These deposits are used for our cake makers and to secure your dates, which for any reason these are cancelled we do lose out on other business we turn down for that particular day.

REFUNDS;
We do not offer refunds, your payment is strictly used as a credit for future sessions and can be transferred to a Beserk Photography Gift Card.

CANCELLATIONS;
A cancellation Fee may be applied if client does not give 72 hrs notice prior their session.

IMAGES;
All our our watermarked images are copyright and belong to Beserk Photography.
Watermarked Images can not be edited or manipulated in any way (instagram filters, cropped etc)
Once you receive your images you are free to do what you wish with them.

We do use images for advertising material, if you do not wish for your images to be used please inform us before or during your session.
