Born and bred in Bermagui Zak grew up in the butcher's shop he now proudly calls his own. He is supported by Mick Magee a long time employee, Mick is just like part of the furniture @ Bermagui Fresh Food Emporium and works hard to help make Zak's vision a reality.
As a proud local Zak prides himself with filling the meat cabinet with good quality fresh local Meat and Seafood and actively sponsors local sporting teams and events.
