My name is Ben and I'm and a student with Fit college http://www.fitcollege.edu.au studying my Cert III and Cert IV in fitness. Previously I have been training in a range of disciplines including strong man training, powerlifting, calisthenics and cross-fit training. I have been fortunate enough be able to train with many talented people over the years and have acquired a lot of skills along the way that I'm willing to pass on. I believe consistency beats hard work any day and I have a passion for programming and workout design. Once I complete my training I hope to become a full time trainer helping others achieve their goals what ever they may be.
