Benefit Health and Fitness

BENeFIT Exercise and Fitness Training provides personal training services to individuals and corporate groups. Group sessions are open to anyone and run Tuesdays and Thursdays in Lilydale and surrounds. Our personal trainers also make house visits and structure sessions around your capabilities as well as interests.
