Bendigo Instrumental Music Program

The Bendigo Instrumental Music Program (BIMP) is a regional resource provided by the Victorian Department of Education and Training, which provides qualified teachers to deliver an instrumental music program in Secondary Schools across Greater Bendigo.

The BIMP offers tuition in orchestral strings, guitars, woodwind, brass and percussion instruments. This program takes place at Eaglehawk SC, Crusoe SC, Weeroona College Bendigo, Bendigo South East SC and Bendigo Senior SC. The instrumental music program is in addition to the timetabled music classroom programs that run within individual schools and offers specialised small group and individual lessons, as well as ensemble experience on the student’s chosen instrument.
