Benchmark Performance is a personal training company operating out of Anytime Fitness Fairymeadow. At Benchmark we strive to deliver results by education, instruction and motivation and we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve! Our expert trainers are all registered professionals with Fitness Australia and are able to provide coaching and support in everything from performance boxing for fitness to advanced barbell and Olympic style lifts.
