AIMS OF THE ASSOCIATION.
1. To provide members with the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with other woodworkers.
2. To promote a greater understanding of all aspects of woodwork, including old and new methods.
3. To provide a safe and friendly woodworking workshop for the members of the association.
4. To provide local woodworkers with the opportunity for wider recognition of their work.
5. To assist members to recognise local trees and the sources of local wood.
6. To encourage and implement the safe and responsible use of hand tools and power tools.
