Craig stated work as a shopfitter in 1980 and in 1986 after becoming site supervisor of Australian wide installations, he left the company and worked as a sub contracted carpenter on up market domestic extensions and renovations , in 1992 he obtained he domestic building licence and in partnership formed a building business specializing in difficult extensions and renovations that most builder would not contemplate, in 2002 he dissolved the partnership and worked as a project supervisor for one of the large Melbourne extension companies.

After getting frustrated with the quality of tradesmen and workmanship he saw the need for a small family run building business that specialized in quality built extensions and renovations so in 2008 Belgrave Builders was born.

Over the parts 30 years Craig has gained a vast knowledge of the building industry and has worked on everything from 1850 Victorian houses to modern Architectural extensions, and still is involved in ever thing from sales through to completion and selecting and supervising of all trades.
