Be.kinda to Yourself

Don't we all just want to break out of the city, luxuriate in meditation on the beach, indulge in the beauty of some remnant Gondwana Rainforest, practice yoga by a stream, sup on delicacies from top chefs or sip cocktails with girlfriends on a rooftop bar...?

Until we can do this as a full-time indulgence we can enjoy some inspiration from those also on a journey of transformation to being kinda to themselves. Oh, and indulge in some one on one time for a loving and supportive coaching session ;)!

This page also allows me to be kinda to myself by indulging my inner hippy and share the evidence of transformation and awakening that I'm witnessing around me...
