At BeDancefit, there are opportunities to get super fit with me in a 1 2 1 personal training session or even a group fitness class with a few mates. BeDancefit also offers BeYonce adult dance classes which is the perfect workout whilst having a giggle with your girlfriends!
BeDancefit Kinder sessions, cheer dance & hip hop also run with a casual outlook...so NO makeup, NO competition, JUST FUN FITNESS!
However, for those more serious dancers out there, child or adult, 1 2 1 private dance tuition is also available in all aspects of Dance.
Stretch n Flex classes for those looking to really increase flexibility, those in rehabilitation from injury, or people who simply want to look after their bodies after a hard fitness session, can come along to this class. This is available for adults and children of all abilities.
BeDancefit also offers Hens Parties and Dance parties for children and adults in the theme of their favourite Pop Star!!
