Bec Glasgow Fitness

My name is Bec Glasgow. I am the wife of a wonderful man, the mother of 4 beautiful children and I am a qualified and registered Fitness Instructor & Group Exercise Instructor.

My group exercise sessions are challenging, yet fun (well, that is my aim!!). They are open to any fitness level and I encourage everybody to work at their own maximum.

I love bringing my passion for fitness to you and I want to teach you that fitness is fun, you can fit exercise in and that you will be glad that you made the effort to do so.
