To order from Beaus & Belles:

To purchase, please comment 'SOLD' on the post with the style/colour, size & your contact email address. *Any additional details, will be requested in the description of the photo. Alternatively, if you do not want to leave your email address, please comment 'SOLD' with the relevant information & private message us immediately with your email address. We will contact you with a Paypal invoice to make payment. Please double check the invoice to make sure all the details are correct & follow the link on the invoice received to make payment. *Please note that if you do not check your invoice & the wrong item is sent, Beaus & Belles reserve the right to refuse a return or refund. Payment can be made through Paypal or Debit/Credit Card. We do not accept Bank Transfer as it takes too long to reach our account & is too difficult to track. Payment is due immediately after receiving invoice. We allow a maximum of 24 hours to make payment.

Beaus & Belles deliver Australia wide. Postage will always be quoted in the description of the photo, however please note that postage is subject to change based on quantity ordered. We aim to post all packages within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared. Please note that pre-order items may incur a longer wait time & an estimated time of arrival will always be quoted upon pre-ordering.

Beaus & Belles are not responsible for any delay within Australia Post Delivery or items that are lost in the mail.

Our regular delivery days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday, all items paid before 12pm NSW time, will be sent on any of those days. Please note that delivery days are subject to change without warning.

Unfortunately Beaus & Belles does not offer cancellations or refunds for change of mind after payment has been made. Please consider this when you are choosing your items. Beaus & Belles will accept refunds or exchanges for faulty items, however you must contact us via beausandbelles@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving item, otherwise refund/exchange will not be available.
