Set back from the road in natural bush land settings, the single-level house is great for those with children. With a large fenced yard area and pool to the rear of the house. It is a short (300m) walk from the garden gate through bush land to a pristine surf beach. The house is open-plan with ample indoor and outdoor entertaining areas with barbecue, covered deck, and shady native trees - perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends.

• Twin room : has two single beds and built-in wardrobe.
• Family room : has single bunk beds and a double bed and a built in wardrobe.
• Lounge Room Has the most comfortable sofas in the world! A large sunken lounge with view of the pool and gardens. TV, DVD and CD/IPod and Radio player. Air conditioned.
• Outdoor covered area, with barbecue and dining table and chairs for 8.
• Pool Area Is cool and shady with 2 Sun Lounges and outdoor setting for 8 for your use. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after you have been for a dip at the beach.
• Kitchen ,Modern fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven and cook top; good size fridge/freezer; dishwasher and microwave.
• Dining Area: Open-plan dining area with dining table and chairs for 8 people.
• Laundry : washing machine, dryer and sink; (iron & ironing board stored in linen cupboard) and a foldout line at back of house.
• Carport: Has Off-road parking for up to three cars with carport for 1 car/boat.
• Pet Friendly: The back yard is fully fenced and big enough for a small to medium dog.
