Beachbox No. 5

Welcome to Beachbox No. 5.

We purchased this house in January 2011 and it really was the worst house in the street. A rundown square box, no hot water and trashed! Now 2 years on with a lot of blood, sweat, tears and LOVE, by Roh, we have a beautiful house that we are very proud of.
It is now at a stage that we can welcome people to enjoy it for a nice break away to relax and enjoy it as we do!
We are 150m from Ventnor beach and 10 mins form Cowes.
The house is two story with water views from middle and “lookout” deck. Upstairs is the master bedroom (queen bed) and ensuite bathroom, the kitchen and open plan living area which opens out onto the middle deck. There is a wood fire Coonara which is perfect for a winters day/night, and Air conditioning for those hot days. The kitchen has a by fold window which opens onto deck, so the chef can still be part of the action or enjoy the water view!
Downstairs are a further 3 bedrooms consisting of 2 with queen beds and a bunk room that sleeps 5 singles. “Kid’s play/TV” area with playstation, DVD and couch, laundry (top loader machine, no drier) and main bathroom. So in summary the house has
