Terms and Conditions
1. A minimum of two people are required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via text, phone or email should a class be cancelled. Please be aware classes are on a first come first serve basis. To avoid disappointment, classes can be booked in advance via email.
2. Incremental weather policy. If maximum weather is forecast for 38 degrees and above or below 25 degrees, classes will be cancelled. We will confirm a cancellation via a Facebook post at least two hours before a scheduled class. If you are unsure if the weather policy is to be implemented, please check our Facebook page prior to class commencement to avoid any disappointment.
3. Payment must be made upon arrival, NO exceptions. Beach Yoga Adelaide does not offer refunds.
4. Out of consideration for the Instructors, other clients, and also for your own safety, the warm-up is an important aspect of each class. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to participate.
5. Owners and/or Instructors reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons.
6. Please note that we do not offer any pregnancy classes and for safety reasons will not allow pregnant women to participate in our Beach Yoga classes.
7. Beach Yoga Adelaide reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary. Schedules, Instructors and prices of classes are subject to change without notice. Please always check our Facebook page for updates.
8. Clients must be over 18 years of age to participate in classes offered by Beach Yoga Adelaide. If the client is under 18 years of age, permission must be given by a legal parent. If the client is between 14-16 years of age, a legal parent or guardian must be present for the duration of the class.
9. Clients agree to make instructor aware of any pre-existing health condition or reason as to why participation in Beach Yoga may be unsafe.
10. I accept that neither the instructor, nor Beach Yoga Adelaide, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking a Yoga Class.

Cancellation Policy
From time to time, a class may need to be cancelled due to incremental weather, unforeseen and/or last minute circumstances. We will always do our best to avoid this, but in the event it is unavoidable, we will contact those who are pre-registered for a class and also post the cancellation on our Facebook page.
